error in softaculous apps installer

i created account and i went to install word press but its showing me this error from last hour
"ing went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry" please help

    Softaculous app installer is not opening. Please resolve it soon.

    whenever I open Softaculous app installer "Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry " error is coming from 2 hours constantly please help .

    I'm getting "Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry" when I click on the "Softaculous Apps Installer"
