Hello as the title says i can see my .htaccess file also i can't see the settings options
for file manager that can allow this feature to be on.

The question is how to turn the hidden files to show on the Cpanel.

    You can see hidden files in a 3rd party FTP Client, such Filezilla, But, You cannot edit the main HTACCESS file, you have to make one in a htdocs directory because the main htaccess file is with the permission field 444 (592b0806d7969.png)
    But you can edit ones (such as one with permission field 644 (592b08412aedc.png) if you create a .htaccess file yourself in the folder of HTDocs (of any website on your file system (Subdomains))
