Download Files

I want to download all the htdocs file from my cpanel but i am not able to do that it is showing that an unexpected error occured i am suffering from this problem from long time but now i am very sure to change my hosting and will definately write a review on youtube channel for this very bad experince and i will also guide people to not to go with this hosting
