Website , FTP , ect not working.

for two days that my web and other services like FTP, Online File Manager, Softaculous Apps Installer. ect do not work.
the same thing happens today.
Still not working, is there a solution for this?

my domain is redvirtual.bid

  But my site ip address is 104.28.14.22 and it's also having problem
