Issues Logging into Joomla Admin

Hi! I hope someone can help me to resolve this...

I have been trying to log into my website admin with Joomla for hereswhatyouneed.com (forgotten password). I'm unable to receive a reset email because I am a 'Super User'. I'm the only email associated with the login. How do I remove the 'Super User' through the control panel and retrieve my username (also forgotten) to reset my login?
