My custom domain is already in use while I didn't make any account earlier

My domain ananya.ml is already being used on profreehost as said... but I didn't use it earlier... maybe someone else used it before i registered it.
Now I am stuck .... Any Help I can Get

    You will need to get in touch with support by opening a ticket and provide proof you own the domain.
