You can uninstall and remove the current woocomcernce installation and then try to download the plugin from woocommerce plugin website and upload it via ftp ( eg: Filezilla) and then try to install.

@HTMLJSCSS , I tried your method, but it still says account suspended. I have been logged onto the site on a regular basis. It has been 2 weeks and still not unsuspended yet.
