website not working
I have 2 accounts. One is under the email hftwm-ceo@hotmail.com and the other is briben0876@gmail.com. I have closed both accounts so the domain is free. I changed the nameservers where the domain is hosted. The domain is hftwm.net. When I go to the website it won't load. If I refresh it it shows "waiting on profreehost". What else do I have to do to get the domain of profreehost?

Does anyone know how to fix this. The company don't seem to care about its customers since they don't respond to tickets created.
