Domain transfer to cloudflare contributes to traffic on the page larger than usual although it has nothing to do with actual traffic.
and thus it has comes to fruition limit on the daily limit and suspended domain.
After I deleted the on cloudflare domain and returned it again
the domain at PFH, all came back to normal
there is no frequent overrun of the daily limit and a suspended domain
