Reporting a copycat site to be taken down for digital rights violation

Hello there, I've come here after knowing that a user on this platform has cloned my website completely without my permission and has hosted it.

I'm believe it is against the Terms of Service of this platform to clone someone's copyrighted work and claim it to be theirs according to the following lines:
"Sites must not contain Warez, copyright or other illegal material including links or redirects to copyright material hosted on 3rd party websites / resources. The onus is on you the customer to prove that you own the rights to publish material, not for ProFreeHost to prove that you do not."

Said user has downloaded all of my site's HTML files, changed my name with theirs, and hosted it on this platform. Even my blog's frontend page has been copied, but the articles aren't accessible as they do not have access to the backend. They did not even bother to change the site's main logo, which is the same logo as my YouTube channel (for verification purposes and proof that I'm the actual owner, take a look at my channel's logo and compare it with the site's homepage logo: https://www.youtube.com/ahnafzamil)

I request the website be taken down or else I may have to take legal action for copyright infringement and digital rights violation.

I hope I can expect the Support Team's cooperation with this issue, thank you.
