Account suspended since several days

Hi,

my account (lblog_32515186) has been suspended for suspected "phishing/keylogging or bad script usage" since several days.

I was developing some script to upload image and crop them in order to make thumbnails. I have no idea which bad script usage I may have done.

I wrote three e-mails to contact@profreehost.com from the e-mail account I used for registration but I received so far no reply. I see somewhere that I should submit a ticket, but I don't see any interface on the website to submit tickets.

Is there any other way to check what is going on, and possibly recover my account? Of course, I'm ready to fix my scripts, in case any problem is spotted.

    It is now one week and I got no reply from contact@profreehost.com.
    I am considering to move to another provider.
