To have access to PHP.INI ?

Hello,

I want to know how can we access and edit the php.ini of our website PROFREEHOST ?

I want to install Prestashop but it's only avaibaible in English. So I want to install it myself, but I need to modify the php.ini

Is there anyone who could help me ?

    Ok thank you, but I have another problem, I can't upload file with 68Mo
